- Process and contact Labor Department or University or Institution to notice on board
- Conduct ‘Recruitment’s budget planning’
- Conduct recruitment and selection such as screening resumes, English skill testing and interviews to fill most qualified staff for BUs & Functions
- Appointment candidates to interview with relevant interviewers
- Doing first interview with candidates before propose to next interviewer in BUs and Functions
- Actively contact all channels of recruitment activities such Labor Department, University campus and other related events to promote job’s vacancies and contribute recruitment pipe lines
- Planning and Execute ‘Online SGS Career Day’
- Present ‘SGS’ and build good relationship with Labor Department and the educational institutes
- Execute the ‘SGS Employer Brand’ to internal company and outside company
- Manage and Communicate with candidate in Line Official in part of ‘SGS Jobs’
- Help team to develop tools such as attitude testing and English testing for efficient process and staff
- Design form and criteria for interview
- Request for ‘required documents’ from new staff and follow up completely before passing to Chief Employee Informationl
- Doing report exit interview and summarize all related factors
- Doing hiring process and send to Employee Data Team
- Prepare orientation handbook
- Provide comments for relevant divisions on proper qualification of vacant positions
- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in related field
- Experience 7 years in recruitment with 2 years of supervisor / manager experience
- Good command of written and spoken English (Toeic Score >= 650)
