Responsibilities

1.บันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ Sales Order Confirmation / สร้าง ITEM Code ลงในระบบ Axapta

2.เปิด Invoice ตาม Sales Order Confirmation และ Output Order ให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.จัดทำรายงานแผนการส่งสินค้าให้กับจัดส่ง และประสานงานกับแผนกจัดส่งในการจัดส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า

4.ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องการ Update Sales MPR

5.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตในการติดตามสถานะของ Job Order แต่ละงาน พร้อมวันกำหนดส่งเพื่อแจ้งให้ ลูกค้าและ Sales ทราบ

6.ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงเหลือในคลังสินค้าเพื่อแจ้ง Sales Executive ให้แจ้งปริมาณสินค้าคงเหลือแก่ลูกค้าเพื่อดำเนินการขาย

7.ปฏิบัติงานหน้าที่อื่นตามแต่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็น customer service / customer relation อย่างน้อย 1 – 2 ปี
มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น โปรแกรม Microsoft Office หรือหากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ Microsoft Dynamic AX จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร รวมถึงสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อยู่ในระดับดี
มีทักษะในการต่อรองและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
