1) To work in the operation line and work as leader level.
2) To manage and control material issue &Waste handle in Production line.
3) Support operators to reach the requirements of productivity
4) Training educate and control the correct operation techniques to each operator.
5) Operator qualification verifier.
6) Support company activities
7) Advise / Suggest new ideas to improve operation methods.
8) Summarize and report the activities in shift basis.
9) Others job per assignment by superiors.
10) To be Safety officer in Superior level responding to OH&S concerns of subordinates in the section.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Political Science, Industrial Management, Business Computer and related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Outstanding teamwork skills.
• Work well under pressure.
• Able to work at Bang Pakong (Wellgrow Industrial Estate.)
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience will be given special consideration.
