- Serve as the main day-to-day contact between manufacturing operations and the sales organization/internal customers.
- Capture and process customer needs, including RFQs, purchase orders, special requests, and complaints.
- Ensure all activities comply with the company’s Quality System and are accurately recorded in relevant systems (ERP, quoting, forecasting).
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate feedback on orders, quotes, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor key customer metrics such as on-time delivery and non-conformance, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication flow to enhance customer relationships and support problem resolution.
- Assist with customer visits and cross-site coordination as needed.
- Contribute to improvements in processes, documentation, and operational excellence activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer/supplier coordination or supply chain functions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills: advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand company and manufacturing processes.
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset; proactive and self-driven.
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
- Flexibility to attend international meetings as needed.
