Basic Requirements

Full Time

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import goods
Evaluate various documents and commercial invoices and ensure compliance to all regulation for same and prepare documents for all shipment and obtain required approval of his /her manager
Prepare and complete all purchase orders and ensure accuracy of all files and maintain records for same account payable system and track all products
Maintain regular communication with sourcing and sales team to ensure most advantageous competitive pricing and product knowledge
On time delivery management. Follow all Standard operating procedures for all import processes according to company policies and administer each shipment to avoid and delays and monitor all activities in foreign trade zone
Quality assurance. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate work of quality inspection team
Make sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
Supplier management. Maintain a supplier list and yearly evaluation

Requirements

Any genders
At least 1 year experience in Purchasing (experience in oversea purchasing would be an advantage)
Diploma/Degree of any fields
Good at English
