Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate sales data and manage to send out documents related to loyalty programs to customers, organize and file all documents.

• Assist project sales to prepare project proposal.

• Assist project sales to prepare small projects quotation.

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to provide sample products, catalogs, and mock-up products at customer site.

• Coordinate with the Category team to provide documents required by customers and to make the new products ready to sell.

• Assist sales team in admin work for sales business purposes.

Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree, associate degree or vocational certificate

• Strong service-oriented mindset.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Moderate command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• High discipline in punctuality and attendance

• Sound business knowledge.

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results and proactive problem-solving skills.

Working Day:-

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 17:30pm
