
1.Receive job requirements from the Customer Consultant (CC) team regarding the positions clients are hiring for
2.Search for and screen candidate profiles that match client requirements using the Super Recruit Success system by JOBTOPGUN
3.Analyze candidate suitability based on profile details, work experience, skills, and career goals
4.Prepare and submit a shortlist of qualified candidates to the internal team or client for review
5.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
6.Work toward defined KPIs, such as the number of qualified profiles submitted per day/week
1.Previous experience in recruitment or human resources (HR) is a plus and highly preferable
2.University students or individuals seeking part-time work with strong organizational skills
3.Ability to conduct online research and perform basic data analysis
