Responsibilities

Sale Operation Staff (1 Year Contract) will be working under Resin Department. He/she is for all sale support in all units (both domestic and oversea). Handling in purchase, sale, documents control, delivery, inventory of all material and etc. in order to complete with HTAS and customer’s need and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Control purchase and sales transactions following customer and/or supplier delivery plan.
Responsible for recording transactions into ERP system both by self-input and by coordinating with Logistics Dept.
Purchase material as per forecast and purchase order from customers both domestic and oversea.　　　　　　　　　　　　
Arrange import shipment and domestic delivery according to customer and warehouse as requested date.
Coordinate with Logistics Division for customers clearance as well as monitor delivery of shipments to designated warehouse or customers.
To issue delivery note to warehouse to delivery material to customer factory and Port for export.
To control inventory and beware for long term inventory.
To check inventory quarterly to ensure stock balance with ACS system.
To support all documents as per customers requested.
To handle tax invoice and billing to customers.
Co-operate and check with accounting department for on time AR and AP.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher in International Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related fields.
At least 0-1 years up in import/export field
New graduate is also welcomed
Good command in computer program (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query)
Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 550+)
Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
