Logistics / Trucking :
a) Receive instructions from WFT end users for trucking demand
b) Coordinate with AMARIT trucking team before sharing demand request
c) Issue official request email for trucking to Amarit
d) Monitor ongoing deliveries / trip progress updates by talking drivers and check GPS
e) Maintain WFT SR running numbers in Google sheets and share with Amarit for billing
Custom Clearance related :
Import
a) Receive SR from client and provide import instructions to AMARIT shipping team
b) Monitor ETA of shipment arrival to Thailand / follow up on freight forwarders
c) Record details of duty & VAT (Template) in Excel for use by WFT Finance, record is by item level (NEW TASK already added)
d) Share completed template with AMARIT shipping for estimate of VAT & Duty
e) Send completed template with VAT & Duty to WFT end users for approval
f) After approval from PL is received , share final template with WFT finance
g) Follow up on WFT finance to receive cheque
h) Follow up on AMARIT Shipping to do Clearance for each shipment and coordinate sending cheque for duty payment
i) Update shipment status to WFT PL until delivery to final location, this is done by phone and emails
j) Update shipment status in WFT Google sheet
k) Issue Non-PO form
Export :
a) Receive Export requests from “ASA-EXPORT” team
b) Coordinate with BU (product line) for information e.g. job type and find import document reference before issue SR (NEW)
c) Create SR number for each export shipment and share with AMARIT
d) Coordinate Export plan between freight forwarders and AMARIT shipping team
e) Update shipment status / inbound details in WFT Google sheet
f) Record export entry number in Google sheet
FreeZone
a) Receive requests from WFT end users for (Import, Export, Temp-in, Temp-out)
b) Coordinate with AMARIT shipping team for clearances in/out from (Songkhla) Freezone
c) Create SR number and Non-PO form to AMARIT
d) monitor shipment status in Google sheets
e) Receive freezone (storage charges and other free zone bills) from AMARIT shipping , make summary and send to WFT PL for approval of cost
f) Coordinate trucking related to FreeZone shipments
Consolidated trucking , for imported shipments
a) Coordinate with WFT PL to decide which shipment to be delivered ad-hoc or consolidate at AMARIT Warehouse
b) Determine suitable date for weekly cut-off for consolidated deliveries, coordinate with PL and AMARIT on this
c) Coordinate with WFT warehouse team for receiving consol. deliveries
d) Issue SR and Non-PO to AMARIT
MHE Requests:
a) Receive MHE requests from PL and share demand with AMARIT to organize providing MHE
b) Issue SR and Non-PO to AMARIT
Reports :
a) Record details of duty & VAT (Template) in Excel for use by WFT Finance, record is by item level
b) Record HS code as per the attached template and send to me every 3rd monthly
c) Import shipments - Excel
d) Export shipments – Excel
e) Freezone – Excel
f) Consolidated shipment – Excel
g) MHE Requests – Excel
h) Monthly Freezone charge summary – Excel
