- Tier-2 of Bank’s Application Support and incident’s handle (7x24).
- Hand Over Application Operation task (from Developer team/Vendor) with proper process and procedure(TTO)
Problem Management
Analyzing incident, problem and change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that have occurred and to take any opportunities to improve service quality
Bachelor in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline.
Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant professional IT experience
