Business & System Analyst is responsible for supporting the design and managing system development for the RCC Group, including Credit, Collection and Auction House.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• Work with other teams and end users in order to develop business requirement and use cases for solution development e.g. UI, screens and business processes, etc.
• Work with PMO and cross-functional teams for timeline planning and requirement prioritization and monitor key deliverables
• Prepare essential documents and data analytics
• Clarify functional questions raised by development team
• Facilitate essential meetings among cross functional teams for responsible projects
• Initiate new idea and be receptive to others’ idea for process improvement and system development
• Coordinate with key stakeholders (RCC group) on test preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training and go live readiness checking to ensure quality of solution delivery
• Monitor and evaluate post implementation and define changes for improvement
• Maintain knowledge in banking business process including business and customer requirement and transfer to the development team
• Maintain relationship with business user community to understand business requirements and priorities
• Act as interface between business users, operation team and information technology team

• Great interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as business users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
