Role Summary
- Define and supervise Information Technology strategic plans and master plans by providing control, monitoring and reporting operations by focusing on maximizing benefits for the Bank.
- Coordinate with other departments as well as providing advice and supervise projects under Information Technology master plan to be able to proceed according to functional goals and strategies.
- Manage Information Technology Group to deliver high quality and high security in IT operational processes. Be a consultant and participate with other teams in Information Technology Group.
- Plan, manage and set the Bank's Information Technology policy and focus on efficiency and effectiveness
according to the Bank's Information Technology strategy and policy framework.
- Supervise, control and enhance the quality of customer service through the Bank's information systems, consistent with the Bank's business strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture
Define architecture and technology roadmap and drive activity to transform organization to the roadmap.
Build core IT asset such as common service, cloud-native platform, and core knowledge.
2. IT Partnership
2.1 Plan and analyze business needs and design requirements for the entire work system for the business of connecting services for financial transactions. Offering and servicing banking products through other service providers Including various projects of relevant government agencies.
2.2 Manager and supervise team to support for the design of sales processes and related services to support the new system.
2.3 Plan and manage projects and human resources to deliver quality work according to the specified plan and achieve the objectives of the project.
3. IT Project Management Office
3.1 Manage and oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
3.2 Manage and supervise team to collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
3.3 Plan and analyze project implementation, including budgets, risks, project evaluation, lesson learn and post implementation.
4. Management
4.1 Manage and monitor on the implementation of annual and short-term strategic plans that is consistent with the business in order to achieve the highest benefit for business operations.
4.2 Supervise and support operational strategic planning and assist Management in compliance with the Information Technology strategic plan.
4.3 Manage team performance as well as supervise, follow up and evaluate the performance of the team according to the objectives and performance indicators.
4.4 Manage the resources, including time, personal and tools for maximum benefit.
5. Operational Process
5.1 Supervise and advise the team to work efficiently and effectiveness.
5.2 Initiate and propose guidelines and development plans in new Information Technology processes to support business needs.
5.3 Evaluate and propose appropriate technology to increase the efficiency of the Bank's operations and provide a sustainable IT architecture to create benefits for the Bank.
5.4 Manage and supervise the IT Operational Process in accordance with the process and objectives, strictly established, especially with respect to the risks and security arising under the IT work.
5.5 Supervise, control and supervise the project management in the department to be according to the plan and achieve objectives.
6. Communication and other aspects
6.1 Participate in IT meetings and attend relevant events, including supervision team and work as assigned.
6.2 Be a consultant or middleman in solving problems between departments related to IT processes and IT systems.
6.3 Develop and promote team skills improvement, including technical skills and soft skills.
