We’re a new gourmet diner spot in Bangkok serving fun, bold, quality comfort food. No big corporate vibes — just a small team that loves good ingredients, creativity, and positive energy. We’re looking for a Head Chef who’s passionate, hands-on, and ready to help build something fresh.
The Role:
As our Head Chef, you’ll run the kitchen, shape the menu, and help set the tone for the whole brand. If you care about flavors, quality, teamwork, and creating a good atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and refine our gourmet menu, toppings, sides, sauces — all with style
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly every day
- Make sure every dish tastes amazing and looks great
- Lead and train a small team with positivity and respect
- Keep hygiene and food safety on point
- Work with the team on new ideas, specials, and fun menu additions
- Help build a young, friendly, “we’ve-got-each-other’s-back” kitchen culture
- Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the step up
- Passion for quality food and flavor creation
- Good attitude — positive, team-driven, and reliable
- Creative, curious, and open to trying new ideas
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen
- Thai national or eligible to work in Thailand
