- Work closely with clients and self team to identify key success factors, craft strategic directions, and create change management plans that win buy-in for the team's recommendations.
- Lead and direct team to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients, while ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to executives of client.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across different levels and functions.
- Drive sales and marketing activities, including developing proposals and presenting them in pitching sessions.
- Represent the company and expand its network by presenting at conferences and events.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to New Member to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth
- Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach
- Plan the best strategy to promote client's product or service
- To support Sales team and make good relationship with customer
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Visit customer in Thailand by company car with drive
- Check and improve the speed of internal processes
- Manage each project with team members to be on time and maximize the sales amount
- Visit, communicate and negotiate with clients if necessary
- communicate with Thai MD and Plan the strategy to enhance the Sales
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality , Male , age 40 years old
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering any Mechanical or Electronical
- At least 10 years experience as a Top Management level
- English: Professional level (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Offices esp. Excel and PowerPoint for presentation
- 15 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing (Industrial or Maunfacturing)
- Strong marketing strategies.
