2. Drive sales activities to achieve targets for both new and existing tenants, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
3. Identify and acquire potential tenant partners, negotiating lease terms and closing deals to maximize occupancy and profitability.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenant partners and agencies.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with Tenant Services, Events, Legal, and Accounting teams to ensure operational efficiency
6.Reported weekly and monthly performance
1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in related field.
2. At least 1 years of experience in Retail Business as well as Leasing experience in shopping malls
3. Highly motivated and target driven with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
4. Strong foundation of customer relationship development and management skill.
5. Solid knowledge in retail business as well as in tenant management.
6. Strong sales and negotiations skills
7. Proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
