Responsibilities

Perform review machine/ equipment regular check list and understand equipment condition and prepare the action plan as necessary.
Provide support to Mechanical, Electrical, Buildings and service to the plant to achieve minimum production downtime due to utilities and facilities equipment breakdown.
Conduct autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) as per master schedule, perform regular review and develop the maintenance procedure plan and task as necessary.
Summary report and maintenance report

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field)
At least 3 years’ experience in Production Maintenance or Utilities/ Facilities Operation and Maintenance.
Well understanding and able to lead TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance)
Strong people management skill and able to work with others.
Able to communicate in English (Reading, writing and speaking).
Quality and safety mindset.
