• ดูแลงานเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น จดหมายเข้า จดหมายออก ทะเบียนและพัสดุ จัดทำทะเบียนคุมวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน ของส่วนกลางบริษัท
• จัดซื้อและควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายเครื่องเขียน อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และของใช้ทั่วไป
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายและภายนอกองค์กร เช่น งานรับโทรศัพท์ งานต้อนรับแขกผู้มาเยือน
• ดูแลความสะอาดเรียบร้อยของสถานที่ทำงาน รวมไปถึงงานซ่อมแซม ซ่อมบำรุง อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในสำนักงานให้มีความปลอดภัยและตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด
• บันทึกจัดเก็บสถิติ และ วันขาด-ลา-มาสายของพนักงาน
• ดูแลงานด้านประกันภัยต่างๆ เช่น ประกันภัยรถยนต์, ประกันภัยสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุของพนักงาน เป็นต้น
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• เพศหญิง อายุ 25 – 35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารการจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, ประสานงาน กับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้
• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบในงานด้านเอกสารต่างๆ
• สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษและใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
• มีความขยัน อดทน เรียนรู้งานไว และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
