Prepare and organize all activities coordinate or relation with internal and external organization concerning Training and Develop issues for staffs in organization.
Internal Liaise with related department for internal training, Orientation, On-The-Job Training and other required training.
External : Coordinate with external organization or institute to invite the expert/lecturer for staff special training and other project support needed.
Develop On the job training system by using modern technologies to deliver understanding to employees.
Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. on the job training, coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
Support Organization development program ( HR Project) follow to Strategic HR vision and plan For example; HR Standardize and Process , Employee engagement,Dual education etc.
Support Strategic HRD activities in order to drive performance of department for example HRIS, Development tools, Leadership program, Class promotion and Test system.
Provide training and training report to Skill Development Department.
Cooperate and support for all of management systems in the company.
Any others project if assigned
Requirements
Age preferably 28-35 years
3– 5 years above of work experiences in Related experiences in HRD is highly preferred
Outstanding English proficiency is a plus
Excellence in communication and presentation preparation skill
Strong logical thinking and attention to details
At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Learning and Development
Experience in manufacturing environment will be advantage
Extensive experience in the design and delivery of successful training programs
Problems solving, good interpersonal skills and public communication
Strong Leadership competency, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
