Warehouse Operations Manager (Distribution Center & Retails business) Work at Wang-Noi or Bangna area
CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- To lead & oversee day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center.
- Manage & control the overall schedule & processes of warehouse operations in order to complete as a customer plan, including the organization's KPIs as specified.
- Control warehouse costs to the minimum while maintaining maximum efficiency.
- Provide leadership & motivation to all employees within the scope of responsibility.
- Improve productivity, safety environment, and internal workflow.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal concerned parties.
- Any other tasks assigned by Senior Manager.
- Thai nationality only.
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in Warehouse Operations field especially in the retails business is required.
- Experienced in managing people in various operations from middle to large scale.
- Customer relationship management is required.
- Able to manage conflict and comfortable in managing cross-functional scope of work.
- Good presentation skill and ability to communicate effectively both in Thai and English.
- Comfortable with change and non-routine work.
- Good computer skills on MS Excel or any related software.
- Able to work 6 days/week required.
- Able to work at Wang-Noi area or Bangna area
