Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building
    • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events monthly and yearly.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by aligning activities and communications with the company’s vision and mission.
    • Drive initiatives that build employee morale, connection, and a sense of belonging.
    • Act as a liaison between HR and employees to support internal communication and feedback channels.
    • Coordinate internal communications related to HR announcements, building facilities, and general office updates.
  • Training & Meeting Support
    • Manage the setup and support for training programs, meetings, and workshops, covering venue, materials, and equipment.
    • Support internal/external trainers and departments during training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain and submit training records to the Department of Skill Development in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • HR & GA Budget Controls
    • Plan, control and track the budget for GA-related services, employee engagement, and office supplies.
    • Ensure procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • General Affairs & Facilities Management
    • Oversee office maintenance and liaise with building management for repair and upkeep.
    • Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and fully functional for daily operations.
    • Supervise and monitor performance of office maids and security personnel, ensuring consistent service quality.
    • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and stationery within approved budgets.
    • Oversee company dress code and uniform management, including distribution, tracking, and coordination with suppliers for new or replacement uniforms.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office support needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or general affairs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Experience coordinating events or office operations is an advantage.
