Responsibilities
I. Mission
Focus on developing and maintaining the overseas Chinese enterprise and business market by providing exceptional customized logistics solutions. Drive continuous growth in sales performance and market share, serving as a key bridge connecting Chinese enterprises expanding globally with international logistics services.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Development & Relationship Management:
o Proactively identify and engage overseas Chinese enterprises and Chinese industrial parks to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
o Conduct regular client visits and business negotiations to deeply understand client needs, particularly urgent and complex logistics requirements of key accounts.
o Deliver high-quality after-sales service, promptly address client issues, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Planning & Execution:
o Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and gross profit targets.
o Regularly review sales activities, analyze successes and failures, and report business progress and key client updates to management.
3. Solution Design & Market Insight:
o Stay updated on international air and sea freight market trends and competitor intelligence.
o Collaborate with product teams to design and provide end-to-end customized logistics solutions based on a deep understanding of client industries and logistics needs.
4. Financial & Risk Management:
o Manage accounts receivable for assigned clients, actively follow up on payments, and ensure timely collection while being accountable for repayment rates.
5. Internal & External Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of client requirements.
o Collaborate with international headquarters and other regional teams to share market insights and best practices, driving the achievement of global strategic goals.

Requirements
IV. Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in sales within the international freight forwarding/logistics industry. Preference for candidates with existing client networks in overseas Chinese enterprise markets or experience studying/living abroad.
• Professional Knowledge & Skills:
o In-depth understanding of international logistics processes and key products (air/sea freight).
o Strong insight into the pain points and logistics needs of Chinese enterprises expanding globally.
o Excellent business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
o Ability to conduct market analysis independently and provide value-driven, data-based solutions.
• General Skills:
o Fluent in Chinese/English (working proficiency).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
o Strong communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
• Professional Attributes:
o Self-driven, results-oriented, and client-focused.
o Team player with a global mindset, adaptable to multicultural environments.
o Open to short-term international assignments and committed to maintaining confidentiality
