We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer at our herbal extraction facility in Nan Province. This role is essential in supporting the setup and implementation of GMP/PICs and ISO/IEC 17025 systems to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing and implementing quality systems according to GMP (PIC/s) and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met across all processes.
• Support internal and external audits; manage audit findings and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and prepare monthly quality reports.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies (e.g., Thai FDA, Department of Medical Sciences, third-party laboratories).
• Contribute to building a quality-driven culture within the organization.
