We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our herbal extraction and analysis facility in Nan Province. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory analyses of plant materials, soil, and water samples, as well as supporting the setup of the laboratory and preparation of documentation to achieve ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of plant materials, soil, and water samples in accordance with validated methods and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Support the setup and establishment of the laboratory, including selection, calibration, and validation of analytical equipment.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain laboratory documentation and procedures required for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Assist in method validation, uncertainty measurement calculations, and internal quality control processes.
• Participate actively in internal audits, proficiency testing, and corrective/preventive actions related to laboratory activities.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, AAS, ICP-OES, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and others.
• Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate closely with QA and production teams to ensure testing supports production and quality assurance goals.
