Key responsibilities:
- Handle underwriting for Life insurance.
- Support & handle underwriting for Life & Health Insurance Products such as individual & group PA, healthcare, cancer, critical illness or related products.
- Prepare over authority case/reinsurance case to superior to review & approval
- Support reinsurance management under company policy and risk classification.
- Provide support to the sales staff by personally sourcing highly technical underwriting information, negotiating with or educating clients/producers and targeted segments of the business community
- Prepare over authority case/reinsurance case to superior to review & approval
- Coordinate with Marketing & Sale team to make recommendations aiming to achieve company target.
- Support team for ad-hoc projects related to product as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science, Medical Technology, Insurance, statistic, Medical science or related fields.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry and 2 years in a managerial role
- Good communicate of spoke and written in both Thai and English.
- Initiative skills and strategic thinking.
- Good team work with positive thinking and people skill.
- Detail oriented and able to work well under pressure.
- Accountability with good self-organized.
- Experience in developing systems related to new business process will be given special consideration
