Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers for new inquiries, samples, prices, product specifications, shipments and NPDs
ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการสอบถามข้อมูลใหม่, ตัวอย่างสินค้า, ราคาสินค้า, รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะของสินค้า, การจัดส่งสินค้า และการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่
2. Handle customer visiting for customer acknowledge of our facilities to ensure our product quality.
ดูแลการเยี่ยมชมของลูกค้า เพื่อให้ลูกค้ารับทราบถึงศักยภาพและมาตรฐานของสถานประกอบการ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในคุณภาพของสินค้า
3. Approve export documentation for bill collection and for customer clearance container.
อนุมัติเอกสารการส่งออกสำหรับการเรียกเก็บเงินและการดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากรของลูกค้าในการปล่อยตู้คอนเทนเนอร์
4. Communicate with Planner to check duck availability for new inquiry or review order.
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบเป็ด สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อใหม่หรือการทบทวนคำสั่งซื้อเดิม
5. Co-ordinate with R&D for NPD (New Product Development), sample request, price request, product spec.
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ (NPD) การขอตัวอย่างสินค้า การขอราคา และรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะของสินค้า
6. Working with QA and Purchasing dept. to ensure the contents of the packaging labeling (artwork) are comply with customer's country's regulation.
ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ (QA) และฝ่ายจัดซื้อ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเนื้อหาในฉลากบรรจุภัณฑ์ เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของประเทศลูกค้า
7. Communicate with Accounting to follow up invoice due date for asking the payment from customer.
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อติดตามวันครบกำหนดชำระใบแจ้งหนี้ และดำเนินการติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
8. Update in sum file (order status) for planner to update order in and forecast.
อัปเดตข้อมูลในไฟล์สรุป (สถานะคำสั่งซื้อ) เพื่อให้ฝ่ายวางแผนสามารถอัปเดตคำสั่งซื้อและคาดการณ์ยอดขายได้
9. Customer satisfaction survey to analyze data from survey carried out to improve to meet the needs of customer and report to QMR for Management Review.
สำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า เพื่อนำข้อมูลจากการสำรวจมาวิเคราะห์ เพื่อปรับปรุงให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และรายงานต่อ QMR สำหรับการทบทวนโดยฝ่ายบริหาร
10. Participate to renewal accreditation of ISO/BRC/IFS, and traceability requisition from QA for company of the accreditation as it is necessary for food business and for customer to ensure of product qualification.
เข้าร่วมกระบวนการต่ออายุการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO/BRC/IFS และจัดทำเอกสารการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับจากฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ (QA) ของบริษัท เนื่องจากเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับธุรกิจอาหาร และเพื่อให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจในคุณภาพของสินค้า
11. Other job assigned by management

✅ Qualifications
🎓 Education-การศึกษา
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ การตลาด การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
📈 Experience-ประสบการณ์
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in export sales or international trade, preferably in the food processing or agricultural industry.
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7–10 ปี ในงานขายส่งออกหรือการค้าระหว่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปอาหารหรือเกษตรกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ”
- Proven track record in managing overseas clients and coordinating export operations.

- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for business communication.

📦 Technical Knowledge-ความรู้ด้านเทคนิค
- Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- มีความเข้าใจอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการส่งออกและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, L/C compliance.
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับใบแจ้งหนี้การค้า, ใบกำกับรายการบรรจุสินค้า, ใบรับรองสุขอนามัย/ใบรับรองสุขภาพสินค้า, หนังสือรับรองถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า, การปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาเครดิต (Letter of Credit)
- Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- มีความชำนาญกับเงื่อนไขการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ (Incoterms) การผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร และการประสานงานกับตัวแทนส่งสินค้า (Freight Forwarders)
