**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement **HR strategies** to support business growth and workforce optimization.
- Lead **recruitment and talent acquisition processes** to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee **employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives**.
- Ensure compliance with **labor laws, company policies, and industry standards**.
- Manage and improve **HR systems, payroll, compensation, and benefits structures**.
- Drive **training and development programs** for employee skill enhancement.
- Strengthen company culture through **team-building activities and internal communication**.
- Lead **HR audits and compliance** with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14000.
- Provide strategic HR consulting to leadership for **organizational development**.
- Handle other **HR-related tasks and initiatives** as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
- **Bachelor’s degree or higher** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **7+ years of experience** in HR management or a senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of **labor law compliance and employee engagement** strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing **HR technology systems** and payroll operations.
- Ability to **develop and implement HR policies** that align with company objectives.
- Familiarity with **ISO standards and corporate social responsibility initiatives** is a plus.
