- Manage and control parts production process (Stamping , Welding , Spot Welding )
- Management and control manpower to achieve in production plan and control maintain production process to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Control, monitoring and manage production process to meet production plan.
- Managing the overall production and ensuring the full execution of all services delivered to customer.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing the quality build in process concept.
- Monitor and collect the data of production performance in order to able to analyze the data and seek for any
- Control direct costs, Variable costs and other costs used for production, analysis, management for cost reduction approach.
- Improve Production process Recruiting technology or modern tools to be used to suit the nature of work.
- Bachelor's degree Engineering in industrial or other related fields.
- Have experience in manager level in automotive parts production line or steel forming industry for at late 5 years or more.
- Have the ability to think, analyze and correct Prevent problems system Knowledge of metal fabrication with mold and Material specification.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
