IT Service Engineer (Sriracha)
Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Set up and install all products (network and Windows)
- Accompany sales staff on customer visits, understand customer needs, and propose the best solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and data for proposals
- Provide on-site or remote support
- Stand by and respond to technical customer calls
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Cloud, servers, Microsoft products, network technology, and security (Cisco products, firewall products)
Work location: Pinthong 2 industrial estate
Working hour: Monday – Friday (08.00 – 17.00)
