Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including bank reconciliation, cash flow management, AR/AP, and general ledger.

• Monitor financial transactions related to sales, costs, unearned and prepaid income to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Review and approve journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations for monthly and year-end closing.

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and tax filings (WHT, P.N.D.50, P.P.30).

• Manage overseas AR settlements and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.

• Coordinate with external auditors, Revenue Department, and other relevant parties for audits and tax matters.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights for cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and business decision support.

• Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

• Oversee document management and compliance, including tax refund support in line with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPD or related professional certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

• Experience in audit preparation, tax filing, and financial statement consolidation.
