Responsibilities

1.จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของใบ PR ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตามคำร้องขอ

2.ติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้ากับผู้ขายให้ทันตามกำหนดการที่วางแผนไว้

3.ขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ขายรายใหม่ (Code New Vendor)

4.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5.ทำการประเมินผู้ขายตามรายละเอียดที่ทางบริษัทมี

6.สำหรับสินค้าต่างประเทศ ดำเนินการเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการจัดส่งจาก FedEx หรือ DHL

7.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานด้านจัดซื้อในประเทศและต่างประเทศอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน

มีความรู้ด้านการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และ Incoterm

มีความรู้ทางด้าน Logistics และ Supply chain

มีทักษะในด้านการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง

มีทักษะในด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
