QA Engineer – IPQC (Rojana Plant)

• Control and monitor product quality during the production process (IPQC)
• Conduct in-process inspections, measurements, and testing according to control plans and work instructions
• Analyze in-process defects and quality issues using problem-solving tools (5W1H, 4M, QC 7 tools, CAR)
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Verify process compliance with quality standards, specifications, and control plans
• Support line audits, process audits, and internal audits
• Monitor process capability and key quality indicators during production
• Prepare IPQC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation
• Support customer requirements related to in-process quality control
• Provide guidance and training to IPQC inspectors/operators on quality standards and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
• 1–5 years of experience in QA / IPQC / QC in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / customer-specific requirements (if applicable)
• Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment
• Familiar with problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
• Able to work under pressure and support production operations
