Job description:
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets across assigned luxury living products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with high-end clients, designers, and project developers.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality throughout the sales process.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales within luxury property, furniture, interior, or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- High customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
