- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, considering priorities and time constraints.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth travel experience for the CEO.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO's review and distribution.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in project management by planning, executing, and monitoring assigned projects, coordinating tasks, and preparing project-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project activities, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, representing the CEO's office professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
