• Analyze data from both internal and external sources, including product sales by category, product performance, hospital/clinic/pharmacy information, market data, and target customer segments.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models for market behavior, treatment response, and customer demand forecasting.
• Develop models to support strategic decision-making in sales and marketing functions.
(2) Utilization of Power Platform, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365
• Design, develop, and manage advanced analytical dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, incorporating drill-down features and interactive visualizations.
• Build internal applications using Power Apps to streamline business processes, such as field data collection by sales representatives or incident reporting systems.
• Create automated workflows and notification systems with Power Automate to integrate analytics with relevant departments.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA, Dynamic Arrays, and analytical dashboard creation.
• Exhibit advanced competency in Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Forms, and Teams for real-time collaboration.
(3) Data Governance and Data Management
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage data integration (ETL processes) and ensure efficient and secure data storage.
• Oversee data quality and establish clear data dictionaries and lineage documentation.
• Support data readiness to comply with GxP and GDPR requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
(4) Business Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Regulatory Affairs teams to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Present insights and business recommendations to senior management in an accessible and well-supported manner.
• Champion a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
(5) Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Research emerging technologies such as AI, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Recommend and implement workflow improvements through automation and self-service analytics tools.
• Act as a mentor to Junior Analysts and related personnel, promoting internal knowledge development and capacity building.
