🔹 Job Description
1. Oversee patient financial services: registration, billing, AR & collections, insurance claims.
2. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent patient experience.
3. Manage contracts with insurers and corporate partners.
4. Monitor KPIs: AR Aging, DSO, Collection Rate.
5. Lead and develop team, improve processes and reporting.
🔹 Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Have experienced in Finance field 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle/patient finance; 3+ years in management.
3. Strong knowledge of billing, insurance, and AR processes.
4. Proficient in HIS/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
5. Good English communication skills, TOEIC Score > 605
