Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10-20 diverse technical personnel in your assigned shift, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and evaluation
Plan and manage training sessions for the Facility system for new and existing employees.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective training processes.
Monitor and resolve issues in the Facility system promptly and efficiently.
Develop and improve facility trouble management processes to enhance work efficiency.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with technicians and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare reports and analyze data related to training, trouble management, and coordination activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, in engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, ) or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering, with experience as a supervisor or team leader being a plus
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
Ability to work in shifts and during long holidays
In-depth knowledge of plant utility systems, construction regulations, and safety standards
Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Excellent English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficiency in PDCA methodology
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
