Overview :
The Product Support Associate acts as a key support role and coordinator for management, product chiefs, and marketing managers. This position assists in direct sales activities, data analysis, business development initiatives, and other coordination tasks, while supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Support managers in Product, Sales, and Marketing functions in sales activities, marketing initiatives, and business support tasks
- Coordinate and assist in managing meetings, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting minutes, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers on relevant matters as assigned
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and supporting information for each function
- Collect and manage data to support business decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in business support, coordination, sales support, or marketing support roles
- Proactive working style, with the ability to follow up tasks and effectively support managers
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (for coordination and supplier communication)
- High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
