
• Strategic thinking to develop products/solution and experience services in a diversified manner to existing and new customers
• Organize privileges ,events and manage admin & digital support team
• Grow and develop a qualified WM salesforce with IC and/or CFP licenses to meet annual MPW target and manage their performance to meet agreed KPIs
• Direct contribution to SEG’s sales and profitability growth and ensure strategic goals are met within allowable investment budget and commission loadings
• Creative work with social networking, wealth e-learning , product marketing and product pricing to lead the development of WM offer and solution
• Develop new partnership (Bank, Social Enterprises, Asset Management Firm) to offer total financial solution
• Cultivate and manage relationships with other areas of the business/partners to promote cross-selling
• Work with related parties to develop Digital Wealth Management Platform
• Maintain good level of knowledge of the system and regulatory environment
• Responsible for the implementation of operational process of WM selling and servicing blueprints and procedures
• Master degree with relevant banking and business development experience
• Team-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with strong stakeholders management skills
