

- Bachelor or Master degree in any field
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking/insurance and customer service (Experiences in banking sales will be a definite advantage)
- Familiar with banking/insurance products, operations and relevant policies and procedures
- Familiar with investment, insurance, retail banking and financial service and relevant legal requirements
- Sound communication and customer relationship management skills with positive attitude
- Fluent in English and/or Mandarin, as well as good reading, writing and presentation skills
- Familiar with common software, e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.
