
- Seek new target customers with the approval from the manager.
- Being a go-between for the customer and the company during the sales process.
- Maintain positive relationship with current customers in order to keep trading.
- Provide products and services information to customer to make decisions and attain maximum customer's satisfaction.
- Billing and pick up a cheque.
- Make sure the product does not exceed the target amount.
- Responsible for following up on the sale of overdue inventory caused by customers to avoid company losses.
- Send sales forecast to the planning department and purchasing department on time every month.
