1) Collaborate with the Compliance Management Team to ensure alignment with HQ directives.
2) Align compliance policies with the organization's objectives and operations.
3) Provide continuous compliance support and guidance on legal and regulatory matters.
4) Communicate compliance requirements internally and conduct training for relevant stakeholders.
5) Monitor and enforce compliance with legal requirements to ensure business operations comply with regulations.
6) Work closely with business units and regulators to fully adhere to applicable rules and regulations.
7) Support administrative tasks for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders' Meetings.
8) Provide consultation on Labor law, PDPA, and laws related to the business operations of foreign companies, such as FBL, BOI etc.
