- Facilitating internal coordination for the introduction of a new model.
- Following up with relevant departments to gather necessary data.
- Compiling project progress updates and disseminating summaries to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify potential issues and propose solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
- Provide support in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering), or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in new model development within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with ISO/IATF16949 standards, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster good interpersonal relationships and effective communication.
- Proficient in English, with a TOEIC score of 450 or higher.
