Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative support for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and workflow.

• Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

• Coordinate and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.

• Process orders, manage inventory tracking, and follow up with customers as needed.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

• Provide timely communication with sales reps and other internal departments regarding orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements where necessary.

• Manage and update sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.

• Perform other duties as required to support the sales department and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Not Over 45 Years

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, and similar administrative role.

• Strong knowledge of sales procedures and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Can communicate in English and collaborate with foreign executives.

• Previous experience in managing a sales team or supervising administrative staff.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or specialized sales and marketing tools.
