
•Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
•Response promptly to customer inquiries.
•Handle and resolve customer complaints.
•Provide delivery schedule plan and shipping information to customer.
•Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
•Set up new customer accounts in ERP System.
•Create new items in ERP System.
•Organize work flow to meet customer timeframes.
•Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
•Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
•Records details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
•Maintain Customer databases.
•Manage administration.
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
•Monitor Sales Order , Sale Invoice to meet time line for Accounting Department.
•Monitor / inform / co-ordinate with ERP Team to get the result to solve the problem.
