Responsibilities

Control the technical aspects to maintain OEE at the target level.
Set the working standard for manufacturing and training for those concerned.
Monitor scrap and identify the root cause.
Follow up quality improvement in production.
Support process audit. (Internal & External)
Six Sigma Green Belt
Follow up internal quality improvement and 8D activities.
Pay attention to the production process to control parameters.
Provide the problem to the supervisor engineer/technician to solve the problem and follow up on the result.
Advise sub-ordinate to get more output and good teamwork.
Perform the job assignment from the management and monthly KPI report.
Perform, review and update ISO9001 and IATF16949 procedure & work instruction which issued and related documents.
Knowledge in the system ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical, IndustrialE, Production, Six Sigma Green Belt.

• More than 3 years of experience in machining.
• Good knowledge of MS and computer engineering applications.

• Good knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP&PPAP, 8D,and process design.

• Good command of English communications.

• Strong leadership, good personality, self-motivated and active.
