1) Inspection
-Ensure the performing of in-process inspection at every production station and in a standardized inspection method.
-Ensure performing of out-going inspection in accordance with the delivery schedule and in a standardized inspection method.
-Ensure the performing of centralized incoming inspections in accordance with the internal production schedule and in a standardized inspection method.
-Initiate inspection methods and standards for new products.
-Ensure sample inspection is performed in accordance with the production schedule.
-Ensure SPC is applied in accordance with the Customer's requests.
-Maintain an economy and efficient main power structure.
2) Gage control
-Prepare gage in time for production and sample making.
-Ensure the performing of gage calibration in a standardized method
-Ensure MSA is applied for Automotive industry products and in a standardized method.
3) Training
-Ensure OJT is performed in a standardized method and recorded.
-Ensure skill refresh and upgrade training is performed in accordance with a training plan and recorded.
-Plan a yearly training.
4) Improvement
-Monitoring and reviewing inspection results periodically for proposing a change of inspection plan which could be more economical and efficient.
-Initiate discussion with production for reducing internal rejection and monitoring action results and prepare data to support improvement activity.
-Monitoring action results from customer complaints and preparing inspection data to support improvement activity.
5) Implementation of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 quality systems
-To be assigned as QMR
-Ensure job application and documentation is in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
