School Manager - Rangsit Campus (Rangsit klong 3, Pathum Thani)
The School Manager is responsible for, and oversees all activities at the respective campuses. This covers finance, admissions & reception, communication, customer service, and gift shop under the scope of authority, the duties and the responsibilities set forth in school's authorization grid and other duties as specified in the Private School Act.
1. Finance
• Oversee and take responsibilities for budgetary work of the School.
• Responsible for finance, budget, general management, and for setting up the accounting system and preparation of financial account and other accounts of the School by preparing general ledger, sub ledger, trial balance and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, Notes to the Financial) according to Thai Accounting Standards and Financial Report Standards and the accounting law.
• Supervise School cashiers.
• Follow up with school fees payment, ECA and EAS.
• Ensure roadshow and events budgets are adhered to.
2. Admissions & Reception
• Greet visitors to the Admissions Office; present a positive image of the Admissions Office.
• Answer routine inquiries and provide information including SISB’s academic programmes and extra-curricular activities, distribution of maps, brochures, newsletters and other information material.
• Ensure forms are completed appropriately.
• Arrange for student interviews and screening by recording appropriate information and scheduling appointments.
• Compile lists and tabulate cumulative student admissions data for regular and/or special reporting.
• Updates student information as required to ensure databases are relevant and accurate.
3. Communication
• Work with Corporate Marketing Communications to ensure consistent branding for SISB.
• Assist HOS/Principal in ensuring brand positioning of SISB Schools is maintained; champion the SISB branding.
• Participate in road shows and other networking/commercial events to promote SISB Schools.
• Involvement in the planning of school newsletters to students and parents; ensure school’s social media information is up-to-date.
• Planning and execution of special calendar events and activities to foster a closer school community.
4. Customer Service
• Ensure the needs of customers are met; provide excellent customer service and promote positive brand image of SISB.
• Handle face-to-face enquiries by customers; handle customer complaints should these arise.
• Serve as liaison between parent groups and School management; report feedback in a timely manner to senior management, and recommend ways to improve on overall quality of customer service of SISB Schools.
• Professional development and training of admissions team so that they may provide superior customer service.
5. Gift Shop
• Manage and supervise gift shop staff.
• Ensure inventory and stock of items at gift shop is current and replenished as is required.
• Balance receipts and revenue from sale of gift shop items.
6. Senior Management
• Participate in meeting and giving advice to Senior Management Team.
• Take part to solve any problem of all school business and activities.
• Prepare necessary reports and assist the Senior Management Team as required.
Oversee and take responsibilities for general administration of the School. Perform duties relating to the administration in accordance with the School Charter, policy, rules and regulations of the school and other duties set forth under the Private School Act.
