- Inspect and test products to identify and solve quality issues
- Coordinate quality checks for products and raw materials.
- Investigate and report customer complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare quality documents such as reports and product certificates.
- Ensure production process and system data meet quality standards.
- Maintain testing equipment in good condition and follow safety rules.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team.
