Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities to expand the metal cans business into ASIA countries.

• Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer trends, competition, and regulatory requirements in target ASIA countries.

• Help in establishing and maintaining relationships with local partners, distributors, and stakeholders for smooth market entry.

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and pricing in new ASIA markets.

• Track and report on sales performance in new markets, suggesting improvements as necessary.

• Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, teams to support market-entry initiatives.

• Provide administrative assistance in managing budgets, timelines, and reporting for market expansion projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles

• Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of ASIA markets and regional business practices.

• Relationship Management: Good interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with partners and distributors.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills to evaluate market data and make informed business decisions.

• Language Proficiency: English in business-level proficiency is required. Knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.

• Travel: Willingness to travel within the ASIA region for research and partnership meetings.
