General Work Description:
The responsible persons in this job category oversee for direct sales activity within an assigned territory and industry, identifying and developing new accounts leveraging Intertek’s Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification (ATIC) solutions.
Focus industries: Electrical Testing Services (Laboratory Business)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Drive revenue growth by expediting sales and managing the entire sales cycle for assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Preparing all related sales documents to complete all processes.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field e.g. science.
- Have sales or technical sales background, understanding on related law, regulations, and required standards in electrical business.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in client acquisition and managing large accounts is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time. Have own car and hold driving license.
